This is a Salvation Army church in the London Borough of Hackney. We are situated on Lower Clapton Road.

Here at Clapton we have a concern for the whole community. The Salvation Army is an integral part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible; its motivation is the love of God as revealed in Jesus Christ. Its mission is to proclaim his gospel, to persuade people of all ages to become his disciples and to engage in a programme of practical concern for the needs of humanity.

Within this church you will find a group of Christians who are committed to God and each other. Our aim is to develop a church for the community in the area of Clapton, which is available to all, regardless of race, creed, age or sex.
