History
Nottingham was the birthplace of William Booth, the Founder of The Salvation Army, and is now home to its regional headquarters for the East Midlands. The area covered by the East Midlands Division includes eastern Derbyshire and the counties of Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
