What media resources does The Salvation Army produce?

The Salvation Army most famous publication is The War Cry, the most popular religious weekly newspaper in the UK. It has a wide readership and is sold in the pubs and on the streets across the country. You can read current issues here or past issues here.

Kids Alive! is a weekly children's comic paper filled with fun and activities. Grown-ups may remember that it was once called The Young Soldier - but it's changed a lot since then! Patch the Dog, the cartoon character from Kids Alive! is now available for hire as a top quality full-bodied costume.

In-house news is carried in Salvationist each week, designed especially for Salvationists and friends of The Salvation Army. You can read current issues here or past issues here.

Other publications and documents are being added to our online library all the time.

The Salvation Army's video production unit produces high quality short films available on a quarterly LINK dvd and on youtube.
