23 July 2010 Congratulations to our Essential graduates!

Fifteen young men and women from around the UK have been honoured for their achievements on the Essential2 programme and the Essential1 gap year training for 18-24 year olds developed by ALOVE UK, The Salvation Army for a new generation.

The Essential1 gap year is a chance for young people to take a year to complete local mission and focus on getting to know God in deeper ways. Essential2 is an opportunity to take the training from Essential1 further and for them to focus on a chosen vocational sphere.
