The Salvation Army in Bedford is fortunate to have a significant number of young people who worship at the church and who are involved in other activities, including leadership.

After the Sunday evening service, there is always a Youth Fellowship that is open to anyone aged 13 to 25. Venues vary between the church and the homes of members of our congregation. A light supper is usually provided and all the young people are given lifts home at 9.30pm.

The are currently 3 cell groups covering this age group, the newest being at Bedford Congress Hall on Monday evenings at 6.30pm for teenagers.

Ignite, is an open youth club for 12 to 17 year olds. It runs in our building in Kennedy Road just off Elstow Road, on Friday evenings from 7.00pm to 8.30pm.

There is also a young peoples band and singing company. They take part in most of our Sunday meetings and details of their rehersals can be obtained from their leaders.
